We granted this discretionary appeal from a decision of the Appellate Division of the State Board of Workers Compensation affirmed by operation of law pursuant to OCGA A A 34-9-105 , . Mei Yu Zheng appeals that portion of the decision holding that Zheng's employer was not liable for payment of some of her medical bills.
